Tsuzinaka Akisa produced several Chrono Trigger doujinshi from 1995 to 2005 under the circle O-Parts. Below is a partial list of her books. I know there are several missing since she mentions in her book 2005 (published in August of that year) that this was her 37th Chrono Trigger book.
Many of her books focused on Magus x Crono stories.
I would greatly appreciate any information on her remaining works.
Warning: Mild shounen ai shown on some book covers below (i.e. guys kissing).

Title: 2005
Publication Date: 8/12/2005
Pages: 98
This is a 10th anniversary book celebrating a decade of Chrono Trigger. 2005 includes several gag comics, a short text story and some boys love stories (Magus x Glenn and Magus x Crono). Crono Cross characters also show up in this book.

Pages: 42
Magus and Lucca are in 1005 A.D. seeing the fall of Guardia. Earlier, in 1000 A.D., Crono asserts that Magus is an effective teacher who will help him become a worthy king, while Magus claims he can teach nothing other than destruction. Back in 1005 A.D., King Crono escapes from the falling kingdom after the death of his wife and child.

This book is a short Magus x Crono story. Magus consoles Crono after the boy had a nightmare.

Guren begins with Magus, Crono and Glenn meeting with Spekkio. Magus sees Spekkio in one of his stronger forms, while Crono and Glenn sees a weak version due to how the strong will see Spekkio as strong and the weak will see Spekkio as weak.
Magus and Glenn are stranded on a sheet of ice after the Epoch crashed. Later, Glenn has a dream where he stabs Magus through the chest.

Tsuzinaka Akisa also had lots of great artwork on her old site, focusing on Magus and Crono. I wish it were still around. I’ll end with this beautiful gif.
