The purpose of this tumblr is to share my love of Chrono Trigger doujinshi with other fans. Most of these comics are old publications with a small number of books printed, nearly all of which are probably floating around Japan somewhere. Other people interested Chrono Trigger doujinshi may never have a chance to acquire these titles. It’s particularly difficult without some Japanese ability.
I have around 80 Chrono Trigger doujinshi titles in my collection. I plan on putting up information on most of these books on this site, with scans of several. Some books are too small or delicate to scan safely.
Also, I won’t include any scans or information on active circles that are currently producing Chrono Trigger doujinshi. If you find a circle that you like, please support the artists by purchasing their works.
I may look into scanlating some of these comics. This depends on how much interest there is in the doujinshi. I understand that this is a rather niche fandom.
Submissions
If you have scans you would like to submit, feel free. Also, if you send me scans of a Chrono Trigger doujinshi I don’t own, I will translate it for you. (Please note that I’m not a native speaker of Japanese, so my translation won’t be perfect.)
Trading and Buying
I’m interested in purchasing or trading Chrono Trigger doujinshi. If you have one you’re willing to part with, please let me know.
Chrono Trigger
Chrono Trigger is quite possibly my favorite game of all time. I played it when it came out on the SNES back in 1995 and have been a fan ever since. Perhaps the fact that the game left many fans yearning for more fueled my interest in Chrono Trigger doujinshi.
